Our Staff

Tammie is the organizer of our office and makes sure we are covered day-to-day. She has helped change smiles for over 25 years and her passion is making the treatment that Dr. Hnarakis and Dr. Britton have projected become a reality. She works with patients and addresses any concerns they may have to ensure a beautiful and healthy smile.

Originally from southern California, she moved the Tennessee in 2006. She is married, has three daughters, and two sons. When Tammie is not at the office, you’ll find her cheering on her youngest daughter at soccer games and her college daughter at band meets. She loves face timing her grown children and her three grandchildren who call her “Mimi”.

Miranda joined our office in 2021 with 4 years of dental office experience after graduating from Central Michigan University. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2018.

When she’s not at work, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.

Mary came to our office with experience in both an endodontic and periodontic specialty office. Her knowledge and professionalism make the perfect combination to help guide our patients through their dental insurance. 

Outside of work, Mary enjoys hiking with her kids and spoiling her dogs.

Amanda is the first bright smiling face you’ll see when you come to the office! She has 5 years of dental office experience and a business degree from Austin Peay State University.

When not at the office, Amanda loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, yoga, and reading a good book.

Caryn has been with our office for 16 years. In 2006, she became a Registered Dental Assistant. In 2009, she attended the University of Tennessee Memphis and received her Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary license. She enjoys making her patients laugh and feel comfortable.

Outside of the office, Caryn enjoys running and staying active. She’s ran several marathons. Caryn is married and is a proud mother of two amazing children.

Heather has been with us for 3 years now. She attended Anthem Career College in 2012 and received her Associates Degree in Science of Dental Assisting. Heather loves her job and enjoys taking care of patients.

When she is not in the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her family. She loves cooking and baking with her daughter Kenzie.

Laquita attended The Medical Institute of Kentucky and received her Registered Dental Assistant certificate. After joining our team, she went to Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry and received her Expanded Function Dental Assistant certificate. She has 5 years of experience in assisting.

When Laquita isn’t at work, she enjoys working out, traveling, cooking, and watching movies with her 2 sons, boyfriend, and dog named Bruce.

Fairia came to our office with 6 years of experience. She attended the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in 2016 and then attended the University of Tennessee Memphis and received her Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary license in 2021. She enjoys giving her patients quality care and the attention they deserve.

When not at work, Fairia enjoys spending time with her husband Nick and two boys, Fisher and Laken.

Kayla recently joined us and has 6 years of dental assisting experience. She received her Dental Assistant certificate from Concorde Career College. Kayla enjoys providing patients with an excellent dental experience and is awesome at making patients feel comfortable.

When she’s not at work, she loves spending time outdoors snowboarding, camping, and hiking with her husband. Kayla also enjoys spending time with all her brothers and sisters, and nieces and nephews.

Shonna joined our office recently after graduating from Tennessee State University with her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves taking care of her patients and making them feel comfortable.

Outside of work, Shonna enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Lori works at both our 101^st and Willow Chase office. She attended Tennessee State University and East Tennessee State University to receive her degree as a Dental Hygienist. She has many years of experience teaching hygiene students at Concorde Career College.

In her free time, she enjoys shopping and watching movies. Lori has 3 children- 2 boys and a girl.
